Hi, I’m Amanda.
Music and sound have been my lifelong companions, evolving from classical training into a deeply transformative healing practice. As a sound practitioner, I combine 20 years of musicianship with extensive study of sound healing, exploring both its measurable physiological effects and spiritual dimensions.
My practice draws on the understanding that everything in our universe is energy and exists in a state of vibration, including our bodies. Through carefully chosen frequencies and instruments, I create spaces for deep relaxation, renewal, and transformation.
